Narrabeen FC believes that Community Coaching Courses (CCC) provide volunteer coaches with a range of invaluable tools, drills and knowledge to coach our teams effectively and consistently.
Narrabeen FC believes that development of youth football and pathways to elite sport start with good coaching. That’s why we ask our volunteer coaches to undertake community coaching courses. We encourage coaches to sign up, especially those who are a new or inexperienced, or just keen to learn more.
I completed a (youth) coaching course a few years ago. Everyone coach has a different style or approach. It was a great foundation to build (resources) on.
